68: Justin Gurth, OL (Sr.) — Lehigh
Gurth chose Lehigh over several Patriot League and Ivy League offers. He earned a starting role as a true freshman and hasn’t missed a game since.
The 6-foot-3, 300-pounder began his Lehigh career by starting all 11 games at right tackle. In 2019, he moved to center, a position better suited for him, and started another 11 games.
Gurth extended his starting streak to 25 this spring as part of Lehigh’s shortened three-game season. He was named to the All-Patriot League Second Team.
With a full fall slate ahead, Gurth looks to remain one of the most consistent and more talented offensive linemen in the Patriot League. He is following in the footsteps of his parents with a successful college career. His dad Matt played football at Western Connecticut State, and his mom Laura played basketball at New Hampshire and is the school’s No. 2 all-time leading scorer.
